We want you to love what you ordered.

Returns

You have 14 days from the date of delivery 
to request a return. Items must be unworn, 
unwashed and in original condition with 
tags attached.

To start a return, email us at 
hello@naiaclo.com with your order number 
and reason for return.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you 
would like a different size or colour, 
return your item and place a new order.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, 
we will process your refund within 5-7 
business days. Refunds are issued to your 
original payment method.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility 
of the customer unless the item is faulty 
or incorrect.
